This morning I walk into Carter's room

to feed him and he is SITTING UP in his crib. LOL. So I guess we finally have mastered the art of getting from our belly to sitting up on our own :) It was so darn cute! I walk in and there he is smiling at me. Oh he gets my heart every single time!

Other stuff he is doing includes rolling a lot still, creeping and FAST, getting up on knees and hands and rocking back and forth and then pushing off and landing on his face :( AHAHAH. Loves to talk and scream. The only real wordy sound that comes out of him sounds like he is saying "hey" - even a lady on a elevator one day asked if he just said hey to her. HA!

Oh and best of all after I'm done feeding him at night I pick him up and hold him against my chest and he lays his precious little head down on me, sticks his thumb in his mouth and just relaxes there. I LOVE THIS. I love baby snuggles!!! Then I lay him down in bed and leave the room and he goes right to sleep. He is my sweet little boy. Every time I think about the future and try to imagine what he will look like as a little boy or what he will be interested in I get all teary eyed. I love motherhood more than I ever thought I would. This is what I was meant to do. :)
