Well I have accepted the fact that I can no longer nurse exclusively. We have introduced formula into his diet on a daily basis now because my supply just isn't what it used to be. I made it over seven months - almost eight. It has been so difficult but I wanted to do what was best for my baby boy. He has taken to formula pretty well and I feel confident he is getting what he needs from it. It is expensive though (geez!).
Nothing else new really to report. Carter is making leaps and bounds. He is now standing (mostly on his knees) in his crib holding on to the bars like "let me outta here!". It is cute to watch him stand himself up (on his video monitor) - I love spying on him and seeing what he does when we arent around. He is so cute. He is getting so much more active. Oh! I forgot! Carter got his play mat foam squares yesterday. We got them from One Step Ahead online and they are perfect. They spell out the alphabet and then 0-9 numbers and some shapes. Only problem I foresee is that carters knees look all red from him crawling on them? Should I put pants on him when he plays or is this bound to happen?
More video and pics to come later tonight :)

Kate has done great on formula. She also does this thing now where she stands in her crib, holding on to the railing, and jumps up and down. Totally in a "get me out of here" way like you mentioned! Haha! She is starting to walk more now (just in the last few days), but when she was crawling all the time and we were here, I would usually put her in pants b/c her knees would get so red. It's amazing how fast they change and grow.
