Happy day after 4th of July!!

Hope all of you had a great Independence Day! My neighbors seem to think it is still July 4th which is not making me happy right now. Poor Carter hasn't been feeling so hot today. He has a little (big) constipation issue so I gave him some pears early and I'm hoping that will do the trick overnight. :( Poor little guy was turning red in the face at lunch today. He has never been like this. :( Anyways attention new Mommys: Bananas and rice constipate and apples/pears/prunes deconstipate. So make sure when you start solids that you provide a balanced diet for your little ones. Carter has been eating up the bananas and rice so it is my fault - bad mommy!! Anyways he finally fell asleep and I do hope he feels better tomorrow morning. We didnt see any fireworks this year as Daddy was working but we did see Aunt Beth and Uncle Mike and that was WAY more fun!!!
