So many milestones and fun stuff happening

So lately Carter has been babbling up a storm! It is nuts. He will go non-stop, let out a scream, then back to babbling. It cracks me up to watch him. He also has started clapping as you can see in the video below. He did that after a day at the zoo (his first zoo trip - I'll post pics soon!) with his peers. We were all SO excited! :)

Last night I was on the phone with his Nan (Grandma) and Carter comes up to me and with really serious eyes stares RIGHT into my eyes (which is unusual cuz he never does that!) and lets out these mmmmmm uhhhh sounds like he is sad or something? I don't know but it was so freaking cute - so I hugged him and he layed his head on my shoulder. Started talking to my mom again, he picked up his head and did same thing staring me straight in the eyes - like he was REALLY trying to communicate something to me. I just love him!!

Oh and he is now cruising up and down the couch all over the place.

Last night I swear he must have had sugar at daycare or something! He was all over the place and into everything! Everywhere he wasnt supposed to go in the living room he went. He even konked his head on the entertainment center :( Poor guy.

Oh and he has a cold again -runny nose, congestion, coughing. He was really never sick when he was nursing but now that he is on formula he gets sick a lot - second cold in 2 months :(
