Carter loves to smack!

His lips that is. He is enjoying his days of eating cereal twice a day and I think he wants more variety in his diet because he smacks his lips like crazy and is so good at it :) He makes me laugh when he does that and blows raspberries which he has recently learned as well. I think our little Carter is a momma's boy already as I think he is in the stranger scaredy cat stage. Even for family he hasnt seen recently he cries. It doesnt last long but I have noticed it increasing lately. We also took the pads out of his carseat recently because he is getting to be such a big boy - but i think i may put them back in (at least the head ones) because when he falls asleep in there his head just flops to the side.

He is still loving his daycare provider Miss Jeanne. She takes really good care of him and the other kiddos there. I dont know how she does it. I would pull my hair out with that many children :) I love to walk into miss jeanne's house and see my little man in a jumper or walker just standing there like a big boy :) He make his momma so proud!

This weekend we visited the Taste of Marietta food festival. It was rainy outside but we braved it and the rain held off while we were there. We had some yummy food and some funnel cake (which was my favorite). Carter was a great boy and tommy carried him around in the bjorn most of the time while I or grandma pushed the stroller. He got hungry towards the end and was crying but that was our fault for not timing everything right. So we headed out and went home for food and bath time :) We just love our little man and he means the world to us.

Oh and we have decided to get him baptized - probably next month. Details still havent been worked out yet.
